And I am completely flummoxed by the Preview Functionality.</p>
<p><b><i>Issue 1:</i></b></p>
<p>Here I sit with a timeline containing one piece of Pro-Res422 pre-rendered video, one piece of WAV audio and nothing else.  No adjustment layers.  No effects.  No layer styles.  No motion blur.  Nothing.</p>

<p>Yes, I am aware of doing it the way you described, however as I was able to do it through ME just yesterday, it seems like it must be an easy fix or something I am overlooking.</p>

<p>I am rendering an AE project in Media Encoder, using ProRes422 Codec and before starting the render I check all the parameters.  Render size is 3840&#215;2160 (see first image).</p>
<p>But when I start the render, looking in the preview window, it shows only the frame as a tiny part in the upper left corner of the total frame.  I have manually set the&hellip;</p>

<p>I did have a breakthrough yesterday as I literally scrolled frame-by-frame through the general part of the converted project identified in the error log, and found a single frame that just appeared gray.  I eliminated this frame and the project rendered as it should.</p>

The renderer box is there, but it is greyed-out and clicking it produces no drop down options like it did in the past.  I had looked this up and found the following:</p>

<p>In case it helps someone else, when recording the action, instead of pressing the right arrow (or Pg Dwn) to advance to the next frame, instead hit the Next Frame button on the timeline controls (the arrow button to the right of the Play button).</p>

Looks great except randomly throughout the video there are these darkened, slightly glitchy frames. (see attached pic)</p>
<p>The strange thing is that if I change almost any parameter in Keylight (screen gain, screen matte replace method), the glitch will be corrected for that frame, but then it will&hellip;</p>

<p>I have noted that when selecting a comp, it opens at a predetermined height.  I can, of course, use my mouse and drag the panel to be open more.  But this selection is not saved and next time I open the comp, it will be back to the default height.</p>
<p>I wonder if there is a way to&hellip;</p>

<p>It&#8217;s almost as if there is a second camera, but there isn&#8217;t!</p>

I have to admit that while I have done a lot of projects in AE, I have never dealt with guide layers.  I will look into that immediately.</p>

I cannot find any such basic error in my composition.</p>
<p>&#8211; I have one camera</p>
<p>&#8211; No layers are shy</p>
<p>&#8211; The camera is activated (the eyeball is on)</p>
<p>&#8211; The camera is the top layer</p>
<p>When I do a RAM preview, it is correct.  When I add to the Render Queue and render, it&hellip;</p>
