<p>I&#8217;m not sure if I understood you correctly but do you need to export the videos or could you just share your project? I ask that because I&#8217;m not aware of the possibility of exporting video with markers. I agree that having a list would be good even for pro editors. What I did was: Everytime that I had to create a fancy effect, I would go online and look for videos explaining how to do it. There are much more videos today than 11 years ago, therefore you would be fine learning.<br />

That&#8217;s very kind of you. Adobe&#8217;s font sizes are very small indeed. I did a quick research here and I couldn&#8217;t find a solution inside of Premiere. </p>
<p>Did you try to solve it using Windows tools? I&#8217;m sure there&#8217;s a way of doing that through the Operational System.
