<p>I was working in a sequence. All of a sudden I can&#8217;t get video into the sequence. All of a sudden any clips (even ones that are already in the sequence) that I drag in only show as audio. I can drag those same clips into other sequences no problem. I cleared cache and duplicated the sequence, neither worked. </p>

Thanks again for the quick reply!</p>

But for today, any guidance appreciated. </p>
<p>I&#8217;m on PP CC 2015 on OSX Yosemite. I can&#8217;t update my OS anymore on this comp and it&#8217;s starting to cause problems so the upgrade is coming. </p>
<p>But I was sent iPhone videos in Goggle Drive. I know they are ok because I can watch them fine in Google Drive. But they wont play on my&hellip;</p>

I made a video and exported H.264 mp4 1920&#215;1080 all the basics. I send that to my android and its available to upload to IG no problem. </p>
<p>I create a sequence that&#8217;s 1080&#215;1920 and export the same way, just with this vertical ratio, and on my Android phone it says unsupported codec, and I&hellip;</p>
