Hi there,

I was given this template for some lower thirds. I noticed that when you type a person’s name, the blue background box will automatically adjust to fit the text.

Can someone explain or point me to a tutorial on how to do this? I tried parenting the Blue box to the text but don’t think that’s correct.

Hi all,

I’m trying to recreate this logo in AE (see attached). The original has two color shapes in pink and blue and then the opacity has been lowered. When the two shapes overlap the new purple color is created.

My question is, is there a way to know the original solid color Hex code so I can then match the opacity and overlap the shapes so it’s…
