I’m using a 2019 MBP – 2.4 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9

And these are the cards/graphics cards in it

– AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 8 GB

– Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB

It seems to be worse when using ProRes 422 materials (vs H264).

I also expect it is a graphics card problem as it gets worse as I edit, and as my machine heats up…

I’m struggling to search effectively for a solution to my issue, as I just can’t see to sum up the error in words… but can anyone tell me what’s happening to my playback in Davinci Studio 19 (see image)

This marks the whole clip, so I use a workaround by hitting X to mark the entire clip, and then I to mark my in – it’s an extra keystroke, but still pretty quick!
