Came back from a shoot to find that all my footage is all black, but still has audio. I shot on an Xt3 mirror less. On premiere it’s like that as well. Anything I can do?

This is so frustrating that this problem is still a thing. So I made a multicam seq, place it on a timeline and audio track has no
waveforms. Frustratingly, I can sync the multicam seq USING AUDIO SYNC

I know this is far too late, but whoever stumbles on this google search option again, I solved this with luma key. This plus a combination of a track matte really allowed to control where I wanted my fractal noise to be.
