Thanks Oliver and Bob – these links will help out. Again, this is not the normal way I would teach. We have a bunch of Canon XC15’s, Sony FS100’s and Canon C100’s for students to learn on. They just can’t get to them easily or if at all right now. Enter the iPhone.

So I finally finished editing an hour long documentary called “The Judge. Cases. Character. Courage” in November. It was all cut on FCPX, with a broadcast premier in December and an international TVOD and streaming release on January 26th.

Hey all –

My first foray into captioning inside of FCPX. Was able to copy and paste my script into captions, but the size seems really big and positioned very low in the screen (this video is a 1080×1080 for social media). Is there anyway to adjust that or is that the rule for captions? Thanks in advance.

Just finished an “hour-long” doc that PBS might have an interest in. We had to be 56:45 on the nose. So we did two versions: PBS and a film festival version (1:04:00).
