Is there a script to move the anchor point on layer with a *single click*, rather than dragging it from one place to another in a cumbersome way? Like – I want the anchor point *here*, so I simply *click here*. Do you guys know if this exists as a script somewhere? Thanks.

True, but what if you’ve added an additional 2/3 layers in the original AI file.

It depends on your computers processing power and how complicated the project is. Smooth playbacks are a luxury for those with powerful machines.

One way of improving it is to change the quality of the playback (eg. to half or third), and also skip frames. You can find these options in the preview panel.

How do you import multiple (but not all) layers in an Illustrator file into After Effects. I know you can import all of them (by composition) or one of them (by footage, and then selecting layer), but what if two or three have changed and you want to import them?

This seems like an obvious feature so please let me know if I’m missing something…
