Hello everybody!

Sorry for the maybe newbie. question but I can’t figure out how to do this!

I basically want to replicate this effect where there are these wheat things that go from the shape the hand is following and end up on the gauge. I was thinking about using a replicator and moving the starting point but with no luck.

Any suggestion?
