<p>As you can open the file, maybe try outputting a new version using a pro res codec. should work</p>

<p>To make tiff&#8217;s i think you&#8217;re going to need photoshop or the like so i&#8217;m not sure you&#8217;d be able to use quicktime files. in your scanning software can you output still images. if so you could batch process&hellip;</p>

Running webinars saved me I think 🙂</p>
