I often need to add slides to a layer whiuch are resized and re positioned in screen, for which I use ctrl+c to store to the clipboard and then Paste Attributes. All fine so far. Moving PPro to a new machine (Mac Pro to PC)

Hi all

Shortly Ill be getting a new edit machine from work, and Ill be moving from a Mac to PC (sad)

I have lots of shortcuts etc that Ive built into my current layout Id like to keep.

Is there a file I can export from Current PPRO and move to the new machine to allow me to re instate the shortcuts / layouts by importing the file?

How is this best done?

Hi – if i select a clip and hit d, premiere adds a dissolve (default length) to the front and end of the clip. BUT if i use the same technique to an audio clip it does nothing?

Is there a different shortcut for audio dissolves or how can i create one?

Izotope rx addresses this issue perfectly, although correct mic positioning and recording in the first place is the real solution
