Is it possible to use an expression to place an individual shape element inside a shape layer to absolute coordinates?</p>
<p><span>I have a &#8220;Rectangle 1&#8221; group inside the Contents of Shape Layer 1. Of course the position of Groups inside a Shape Layer is relative to the Shape Layer as a whole, but I&#8217;m wondering if it&#8217;s possible to change that&hellip;</span></p>

I&#8217;m pretty sure the part in the &#8220;if&#8221; and not the part in the &#8220;else&#8221; is in control for the rest of the comp&#8217;s timeline. For example, if I replace &#8220;value + amp*(Mat.sin(t*w)/Math.exp(decay*t)/w)&#8221; with &#8220;wiggle (1,100)&#8221; then the layer does indeed wiggle, but it doesn&#8217;t overshoot. Which makes&hellip;</p>

I&#8217;ve got a few hundred layers with two keyframes in the position property, all with Dan Ebbert&#8217;s expression applied. I want each layer to be wiggling after it has settled (kind of like something zooming through water and then coming to a sudden halt and then drifting around lightly).</p>
