I have the following expression applied to the source text property of a layer:

var src = thisComp.layer("INPUT").text.sourceText;

var key1 = src.split(" ")[0];
var key2 = src.split(" ")[1]; // used in a different layer

You may first select the property you’d like to isolate, then double-tap the S key in a quick fashion. This should isolate the properties you have selected.
