After effects' export quality is inferior to Illustrator's, how can i fix this?

I’m working on an infographic that shows how my story’s magic works. In order to do this, i traced some images my friend drawed for me and organized them in Illustrator. Next i imported each drawing as a composition in After Effects, added the desired effects and put them in the infograph.
