I am rendering HD AVI files using the Sony AVC Template.  Whenever I have multiple files edited into a video and render them together the finished file has multiple &#8220;black&#8221; sections randomly throughout the video.  No video just sound.  This does not happen on shorter videos with only one clip.</p>

I tried doing the tips from YouTube that Vegas suggested to optimize settings and found little increase in efficiency.  Thank you in advance for any ideas.</p>

I saw an old YouTube video that mention being able to change all the clips on your timeline at the same time.</p>
<p>Once all the clips are laid out you can go to the Project Media tab.  Select all the clips you want to change.  Then right click to get the properties.  From there you&hellip;</p>

Or a way to change that for the entire timeline at one time?  Right now I have to change it for every clip individually via right click &#8211; properties &#8211; media tab &#8211; then scroll to the aspect ratio I want.</p>

I  am scanning old 8mm film frame by frame.  Neat seems to do a great job over all but make things seem a little out of focus.</p>

<p>The plugin that come with Vegas Pro does not seem to do very good at all.  Are there any other suggestions?</p>
