Error Importing Markers into Audition, Premiere Pro

Having problem importing markers as CSV into Premiere or even back into Audition. I have tried exporting out to Excel and import back in as CSV, XLS, and XLSX but still when importing I get – “Error reading marker data from file”.

Some had said make sure Time Display setting is “decimal” but that doesn’t seem to help. Any ideas?

Any Idea Why My Lumetri Scopes Won't Update?

When I am trying to color correct, Lumetri scopes in the “color” workspace won’t update. I
do not get a change in readings/scope image until after I play and then
stop the footage again (sometimes not even that). Any ideas?

CC (23.3), I9-12900K,
NVIDIA 2070, 64Gb

I have been asked to teach students to composite in After Effects. They asked me to recommend a textbook and I so am looking for one that is current and actually relevant but all of the textbook-level books were last updated in 2017 (or cover the foundations like CIB).
