Selecting filters, restarting, or importing didn&#8217;t help.</p>
<p>Using any clip that contained a &#8220;Motion&#8221; section, I created a Preset and then dropped it onto a clip without a &#8220;Motion&#8221; section. This added the missing parameters.</p>
