So simple yet so helpful, it&#8217;s like the &#8220;did you try to restart it&#8221; advice that I didn&#8217;t think of &#x1f602;&#x1f475; thanks for putting so much effort in this problem. So when you play it, it&#8217;s fine but soon as you import it in Premiere or AE only the sound is delayed..</p>

Unfortunately, the preview was already at the same frame rate as the video (25 fps)&#x1f61e; When I change it, the video itself speeds up as well. The video is fine, it’s just the audio that causes the issue :/</p>

<p>For a presentation, I had to rip a video from the internet (.mp4) and edit just one scene. When I play it in QuickTime or Preview on my Mac, everything works fine. But when I import it into After Effects, the audio is delayed by about 200%, while the video looks fine.</p>
<p>When I render it in Media Encoder, the audio also gets messed up. I even&hellip;</p>
