There’s a setting in the Internal options (fEventPanCropLockAspect) and by default it’s set to TRUE. However, setting it to FALSE only deselects the icon in the Pan/Crop menu. It doesn’t change the value for Maintain Aspect Ratio: from YES to No, and that is what affects the selected event. The presets don’t save the setting, either.

Is there a way to change the default setting for Pan/Crop from locked aspect ration to unlocked? I need to change multiple events and each time I open the Pan/Crop menu it gets reset to locked.

I can’t see any way to render an MP4 video with 5.1 audio, even though the audio tracks are assigned their proper location. I can output an AC-3 multichannel file separately and then mux it to the video after with MKVtoolnix or something else, but that seems an awkward way to do things.
