SOLVED – @ Andrew, it worked… basically Avid can not sync different time codes like Tentacle Sync and possible other programs. So you must use a common sync method. You may have already figured this out since 2015 (5 years later) but it was the “Fast Menu” reset it to Default. and it will stop duplicating the tracks.

SOLVED – Roy Gilbert may have assisted on this…. It was the “FAST MENU” I reset it to “Default” it brought in the D1 and the Time-code tracks… basically just resetting the track view. Somehow the Sequence got corrupted. That was very strange. I would have never thought to do that. thank you for all of your help.

I created new user settings that was a very obvious possible issue… I started an entirely new project. Bringing over corrupt views or sequences will get the same result.
