Possible to adjust start time of layers in a Precomp without entering into it?

I’m looking for a controller that will allow me to adjust when a layer starts/stops inside of a precomp without going inside of the precomp.

I have a bunch of highlight animations that run between 1-2 seconds that I’m trying to build into a 10 minute or so composition. The issue with this is it’s causing a lot of additional layers that I don’t…

Nevermind. Figured it out based off an old post from 2014 on this forum:
