Looking for scripts or plugins to help automate motion slide generation?

I’m putting together a community slideshow for events, announcements, PSAs, etc. These things change and update every week. Lots of them. 20+ per update. Instead of making a bunch of static images in PS, I’d like to use AE but it’d REALY be great to automate them somehow.

I’ve found a few templates I like, but editing each one-at-a-time is too time…

Faking motion footage requires two things: a backplate image and a foreground matte. Seeking linear playout scheduler that doesn't cost fortune

Im running a YT livestream from our local machine, and we want to put all shows, bumpers, ads, etc on a schedule, rather than just flywheeling it with a playlist. Currently we’re testing by using OBS but not married to it. Vmix and vidBlaster are too complicated for what we need.
