I’m not sure this helps, but I too had some issues with Compressor after my machine automatically updated the OS. (Apple has ended support for 32 bit apps, which is great, since I paid real money for them.) Anyway, my IT people had me delete the non-functional version of Compressor off my machine, and go to the Apple App Store to download it…
