									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class = "activity-discussion-title-wrap"><a href="https://creativecow.net/forums/thread/disappearing-work-area-bar/">Disappearing Work Area Bar</a></p> <div class="bb-content-inr-wrap"><p>I&#8217;m running Premier Pro CC2020 and I&#8217;ve lost the Work Area bar. It&#8217;s still checked in the hamburger menu at the top left of the Timeline panel and I know to use <b>Ctrl [</b> to start it and <b>Ctrl ] </b>to end it.  But every time I click <b>Ctrl [</b> to start the area I get a sound that tries to tell me something is wrong the request can&#8217;t be completed, but I don&#8217;t&hellip;</p>

PP seems to have a habit of making minor changes to the layout on its own. This is annoying but I&#8217;ve been able to undo it in the past with Windows  Workspaces  Reset to Saved Layout. This time PP has moved the the tools box up to the left of the Program Monitor from where I had it at the left of the Timeline panel and this time&hellip;</p>

I&#8217;ve added captions by clicking &#8220;Captions&#8221; in the top bar but  they don&#8217;t become part of the video when I render with Ctrl-M,  Does anyone know what  the problem might be?</p>
