I posted on another thread here also. See this website, Dmitry recovered some bru tapes for me. He has several blogs on the subject. Some SGI people used BRU.</p>

<p>Dmitry at this site below recovered BRU tapes for me at a very reasonable cost. And he has some software on sourceforge. The BRU format was also used some by Silicon Graphics I guess.
