And why doesn’t the expression pick-whip open up layer properties of transform or effects!?

Now you have to open up the property you want to link to before you grab the pickwhip.

This is probably easy,

I’m using the expression

L = thisComp.layer(“POI”);
L.toWorld(L.anchorPoint)

on a spot light’s point of interest to follow a null “POI” which is the child of another layer.

works fine until I make the spot light the child of another layer.

What do I need to do to make it work?
