From these screenshots I deduce that there’s a goofy offset in Adobe Premiere’s Title Crawl — the first one selects the crawl almost in the middle, showing an offset from the red I-bar and the four “AAAA” that I’ve introduced to the title. There are a million YouTube video on how to create a credit roll, and zero on how to edit them, unless I just don’t know the right search terms. Does anyone understand the offset phenomenon that I’m describing?

I got a documentary credit roll in Premiere Pro CC 2021 and when I go to edit it my “I-bar” or cursor appears but doesn’t seem to respond.
