Hi, I’ve been looking for guidelines on where to burn in subtitles on videos that will be played on mobile devices. I generally use the text safe area developed for broadcast, but am wondering if there are guidelines now for videos on cellphones.

I have a question about subtitling for videos produced to be seen on
cellphones. Should subtitles when burned in still be placed in the text
safe area? Are their guidelines for this?
