It’s the same panel on both screenshots.
The difference is where timeline cursor is placed.

I want to make from 1 video piece 2 pieces.
I can cut a very short piece to get 2 pieces, but I lose 0.2 seconds in this case.

Take a look at the screenshot. The first panel contains only 5 buttons. There are only 5 buttons when I set time marker close to the place where I stopped a video.

I want the result video in 640x480p format. But there is no such option. Not for .avi neither for .mpeg4. Only 720x480p. The original video which I want to export is in 640x480p format too. Help please.
