So what is the proper format to export lossles from Premiere and then to import into Vegas ? – in my case video is 1920×1080 interlaced.

I want to achieve the workflow described below.

I am transferring MTS files (1080i60) from Handycam and start editing them in Premiere.

In Premiere I am using some effects which are not available in Vegas.

Once the edit is done in Premiere, how can I export into the same format MTS/M2TS files ?
