Try downloading the latest AJA desktop video driver software. </p>

<p>The instructions I posted above were to correct a faulty software not recognizing the device.</p>
<p>I downgraded after that to Catalina for a more stable system. (Intel macpro cheesegrater.) h&hellip;</p>
