Update:

More layers than I would have liked. Double the number because of the NULLs.Orientation has gone out of whack but should be able to fix that.

Yes; I did consider copying the same expression on the Z, but assumed it would mean more computing!?

NOTE: The expression works as intended if I place the script slider on the null.

The null allows me to place/move the square easily on the comp for now. I plan to fill up the screen with the squares.…

Hi,

I’ve set an expression of sampleImage on a slider. Using just on the values I’d like to it to effect the zPostion value as well as yRotation value.

The yRotation value with the same expression works, but not the zPosition.

Please Help.
