Yeah, Ideally I would like to stay that way it’s just the round trip I need to fineness I wish there was a way to just save metadata to the files instead of exporting new files out of Davinci. Thanks, heaps for the reply Shane, yeah I am currently doing the workaround between Avid and Resolve for color just wondering if it is worthwhile just going right over to Resolve but I am concerned there won’t be the equivalent shortcuts and workflow options in Resolve which will help for a faster edit, like in Avid.

Interested in anyone here who has transferred from Avid to Resolve, I know Avid is a beast but a few issues lately have got me looking. Serious question good bad and ugly, while trying to play with it noticed there were heaps of features missing that are in avid (paid 16 version), or it could be I just haven’t found them in Resolve yet.
