Is there a way to use precise frames of footage on drop zones in multicam clips? I have a music video with 5 girls, 5 cameras(singing from their own location)…so using a drop zone effect I will need to be precise in choosing the starting frame but unable to do this with multicam clips. Thanks for the info all. I mostly acquire ProRes content with some HEVC content. My biggest concern is no Thunderbolt ports and researching on PCIe available and its reliability/stability. Also looking if NVMe is an options.

Any 2010 Mac Pro FCPX editors? Was offered a 2010 Mac Pro for $500…is it still a viable option in 2020 editing on FCPX with a Sapphire Pulse RX 580 8GB GPU? Can a NVMe be installed as a media drive? I think there might be a Thunderbolt PCIe available. Mostly HD footage with some 4K here and there.
