Shut down Episode, find and delete (or rename) node.xml.  Restart Episode.</p>

I don&#8217;t have an answer for you directly but I&#8217;ll tell you what I know about our KiProRacks.   I can control them from ancient DNF controllor via R422.  The same controller we used to control our Betacams.</p>

<p>Also, the KiProRack does not record closed captions, at least I&#8217;ve never to get any our of it.  The only way AJA says you can get&hellip;</p>

Later they offered LTFS support on same hardware. But you could continue to use TAR.</p>

We had a Pro-Cache that would not boot.  I put a bootable copy of Ubuntu on a USB stick and it booted and recognized the tape drive.</p>

<p>I then hooked a NTFS formatted raid to USB of Pro-Cache machine, which Ubuntu recognized.</p>

<p>Then ran terminal command to repeatedly pull tar files off the tape on onto the NTFS drive.</p>
