<p>I&#8217;m illustrating cat illustrations in AI and they all look very neat. I&#8217;ve learned how to deal with post composition in AE, doing my 3D design thingy in AE, but only because of the passes.</p>
<p>So, I&#8217;m also doing illustrations, but I hesitate putting them into AE &#8211; not only because ME isn&#8217;t working like at all &#8211; I also don&#8217;t want to produce so&hellip;</p>

<p>Here we go: exported from FX (ME is not running for some reason) into mov (Quicktime, Go Pro Fine settings &#8211; working on osX). Opening it in DV Resolve free version and exporting it there as mpg4, h.264, 1080x1080px.</p>

<p>I&#8217;ve started to convert my FX movs in DaVinvi Resolve. I had issues opening Media Encoder, I&#8217;m totally happy to work with DaVinci Resolve and looking forward to deepening my knowledge. (Also can&#8217;t wait to work with Fusion later). </p>
<p>After posting my short 3D animation on IG, I recognised, that it created a frame around the video. You can&hellip;</p>

Apple isn&#8217;t supporting quicktime, so I&#8217;ve read on their page, that I could use Go Pro Fine. Still no possibility to output it in h.264, I can only set up the quality. There is also the suggestion to open the AFX file in Premiere, but it isn&#8217;t working all the time. I&#8217;ll give it a try. What&hellip;</p>

<p>I&#8217;m doing animations and currently rendering them with Octane. I was doing animations in C4D years back using the standard render. I&#8217;ve never the issue, that it is calculating more frames, then I&#8217;m currently using. This is also already visible in the render settings. What am I doing wrong?
