What camera is that media from? That’s a weird frame size. Any idea what the nature of the codec is? MP4 is merely a file wrapper. I presume it’s H.264, but it could be something like H.264 10-bit 4:2:2 (used by Panasonic EVA1 cams), which will choke Premiere.

What are “Handy Seamless Transitions”? I presume some type of third party plug-in.
