hello since installing BorisFX, the new effects are now taking up a huge amount of space on the Effects Menu drop-down box, please see picture – is there a way to group them into a single folder, or remove them from the menu (while still having them installed, just hidden)? thankyou

hi thanks for replying, I’ve tried the CC rays and it gives a very nice sparkling effect, to be more specific, more like a 1970s soft focus ‘star’ effect, where the light bits of an image have star shaped glows over them, its hard to describe, thankyou

Hello I was hoping somebody might know how I can get the sparkle effect to add to a shot of treasure. It’s like a lot of star-shaped glows, not twinkling, more like a lens effect.

I actually made this clip in the image attached, but years ago and I’ve forgotten how I achieved it! any help very appreciated thankyou

hi Walter, thanks for replying, I did wonder if I needed a codec, but I have tried several media players, and they all seem to look like this.

I have now put both clips side-by-side, and rendered them as Photojpegs in an older AE –

hi everyone, so the latest AE is great, very fast, but Photojpeg is gone, and ProRes is what we have to use.

The only problem is Prores (even the better HQ, or 444 versions) are producing very bad video results for me, degrading the quality hugely.
