When I originally imported the Photoshop project to Premiere it had 8 layers. When I add an additional 9th layer in Photoshop it doesn’t show up in Premiere. How do I get Premiere to recognize the addition of a Photoshop layer added in a dynamically linked Photoshop file?

So when the camera pans 360 it’s just horizon-to-horizon water. I imagine this will get complicated because of the camera movement. Thoughts on how to go about this in Premier? I hope it’s not a job for After Effects.
