I’m working on a Photoshop project in Premiere. When I originally imported the Photoshop project to Premiere it had 8 layers. When I add an additional 9th layer in Photoshop it doesn’t show up in Premiere. How do I get Premiere to recognize the addition of a Photoshop layer added in a dynamically linked Photoshop file?

My goal is to remove the land from the horizon so it looks like my rowboat is in the middle of the ocean. So when the camera pans 360 it’s just horizon-to-horizon water. I imagine this will get complicated because of the camera movement. Thoughts on how to go about this in Premier? I hope it’s not a job for After Effects.

What are some ways I can create the illusion of a Television reflecting off/illuminating the face of a person watching it? So the shot is a close up of a face from the POV of a TV.
