<p class="">Guess I&#8217;ll stay with Mojave for the time being.  The (last) customer I work for at the moment will stop next year. Then I won&#8217;t need that much power anymore and might install R18 on the older iMac on my desk and keep it there. Thanks for the feedback.</p>

Stil working under Mojave.</p>
<p>Didn&#8217;t need the new stuff, so I thought &#8220;never change a winning team&#8221;.</p>
<p>Done that over the years, saved me a lot of time and trouble.</p>
<p>But now I want Big Sur because my iPhone and iPad are running &#8220;out of sync&#8221;.</p>

<p>That&#8217;s always the official statement of Maxon, but (most of the time) that means &#8220;older versions of C4D are not supported anymore&#8221;.</p>
<p>In the meantime they often still work (is my experience). </p>
<p>I&#8217;m happy with R18 because I only need C4D every now and then. However, upgrading to Big Sur and finding out it doesn&#8217;t work anymore would mean a&hellip;</p>
