We did reach out. No one there heard of the issues we were having. it seems that the recent firmware was the issue so we had to go back to an earlier version.

Has anyone had issues w/ Ki Pro HD 12G using version 2.7.0.1? we seem to be having trouble recording and the media seems to get locked and we have to power cycle the deck to get any functions to operate as well us unmounting the cards.
