Running on a Mac Pro (early 2009)

2 x 2.66 GHz 6 Core Intel Xeon

32 GB ram

NVDIA Quadro 4000 2GB

This happens on any footage I am using. Nothing large (2K +) this is HD or 720.

i’ve been having this issue with Premiere Pro CS6 for quite some time. When I am scrubbing some source material the window is acting fine but when I stop scrubbing, the window continue to scrub, seemingly repeating what I have just done. Similar to a lag.
