I downloaded Drax &amp; followed the instructions.<br />
I now have chapter access using the VLC player. </p>
<p>But when I copy the video file to a USB drive, plug the USB into my 4K player &amp; play it on my TV, I don&#8217;t have chapter access.  I press the next chapter on my 4K remote &amp; it sends me back to the beginning. </p>

I record video in HD with 2 Canon C100 cameras.<br />
My projects are 35 minutes to 65 minutes. </p>
<p>I used to render my projects to  DVD , DVD-A &amp;  had no problem.<br />
But DVDs are old technology &amp; I don&#8217;t want to use DVDs any more. </p>
<p>Now I want to render my videos  &amp; let people download &amp; stream them.<br />
