<p class="">Timecode counts time, not frames. </p>
<p class="">Premiere is identifying the Out Point incorrectly. To be fair Premiere is doing what makes sense to users visually in a graphical environment, but it&#8217;s not correct historically or mathematically. Hence the disconnect&hellip;</p>
