I’m probably in a minority of one – as usual – in having this issue, but here goes anyway.

This answer reads like ChatGPT which sometimes raises more issues than it answers. The solution was that the sample rate has to be set to 32 bit in Dante. ChatGPT mentions sample rates but Dolby’s response to my query told me what constituted the correct one.

Dante Issue

I’m forwarding audio channels from DaVinci Resolve 19 to Dolby Atmos Renderer 5.3 using three PCs.

Box 1 is for clock purposes and has Via and the Controller. Box 2 has DaVinci Resolve and Box 3 Atmos Renderer. Boxes 2 and 3 have Dante’s Virtual Soundcard.

This system does function but the objects showing in Renderer show as being at maximum…

A low level user of the elderly C4D 12 on Windows 10, I’ve been making simple animated .MOV titles for years without incident.

Suddenly I’ve been getting error messages about being unable to save the files and when I have been able to do so by changing the compressor

.MOV isn’t an option.
