I was planning to migrate to all USB-C drives, moving forward; but I’ll probably start moving all legacy projects and files from older USB-A drives on to USB-C drives too. Is there a brand that you like? I’ve always used USB-A Seagate drives from Target. 😳

I have a new M1 Pro MacBook. I have a 3 year old USB external HD. I have an adapter to connect it to the laptop. Randomly, for no reason that I can tell, the HD disconnects. Basic question, I think…

Is there an effect that can be applied to a video layer that “multiplies” it? Like, turn the video into a quad split so 4 copies are on screen, or 9, or 16, etc? I feel like there must be. Like something called “The Multiplier”, right?
