Please Help my Blender is lagging even in small modelling

Hello friends, I am learning blender and I am just working on modelling but I have noticed my blender or computer often lags when I create loop cuts or add modifiers. I am not talking about 50 loop cuts or 20 modifiers. I even just add few loop cuts in blender so it lags and same thing happens with mirror modifier when I add few times.

iphone video recording (MOV format) Washout color in windows

I have recorded a video in my iPhone 12 Pro but when I transferred that video (mov file) in my computer (windows 10). The colors faded away. I even tried converting it several times with different encoders but the video doesn’t retain its original color. When I play the same mov file in https://mov.to/player the colors are there.
