It does need to be local on their phone. Yes it is quite tricky it seems 😅 I have tried exporting the video at 1080p with a medium bit rate. It’s helped maybe marginally but the issue is still as bad or close it seems. So really I’m not sure what else I can try. I will keep experimenting and see if I can fix the issue

Well I sell long audio visualizer montages and about 1/2 of my customers are on mobile only. It has always worked for both before but not now. Perhaps I could export the video with reduced settings and see if the that resolves the issue? 🤔 I’m just not sure what else to try.
