Hi Myron. Thanks for the reply. That wouldn’t work. It’s all a single edit. It is a finished film. So the clips are not separated. It wasn’t edited in Resolve and I don’t have the original edit project anymore. So I can’t export an EDL to bring it in Resolve. I can only bring the edited film into Resolve. Know what I mean?

Hi! I have an edited film with a driving car, where I need to replace the license plate. If it was individual clips, it would be no problem. But it is edited, with dissolves at times etc. So basically the car comes in and out of shot, cut to another shot etc. Resolve sees this as just one clip, of course.
