If you want RAW, you can load Magiclantern and shoot raw, but otherwise it natively shoots mp4.</p>

I have an IO too.  I set all ports open in both directions  (pass thru) and hooked and SDI out of the IO into an SDI input of my Kona 4 card.</p>

One 4K all the way through and one 1080.  Not one hiccup.  Everything was realtime.  Never slowed or made work impossible.  Smooth and responsive with no lags.</p>
